NordERP partners are Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Lead partner, Finland), University of Stavanger (Norway), Estonian University of Life Sciences (Estonia) and Ubium Ltd. (business partner, Finland). Project is funded from Nordplus Horizontal programme for three years and the results will be established into HEI practises.
The project idea is simple: the partners from universities and businesses together develop, test and pilot tools for establishing production simulation environment and ERP (enterprise resource planning) software programme as one of the main tools for integrated teaching of mechanical/ manufacturing engineering, business economics, information technology and multicultural skills.
The partners build a learning environment simulating real production process, where students from different disciplines work together to tackle challenges, communicate and learn together as they would work in a real industry team.
